We provide an extensive range of 20 year guarantees covering the treatment of rising damp, dry rot, wet rot, wood boring insects, woodworm, fungal decay, cavity wall tie replacements, lateral wall restraints and crack stitching.
We also offer 10 year guarantees for structural  water proofing, basement waterproofing and cellar tanking.

To underwrite our company guarantees we also offer the option of a GPI insurance
backed guarantee through the Guarantee Protection Trust.
We are registered with the governments Trust Mark scheme.

We also offer Sovereign Protected Guarantees for Damp proofing, façade and remedial Timber Treatments.

Also being members of the CGS (Construction Guarantee Services) Ltd we can provide Guarantees through Milburn Insurance Co Ltd.

We consider these Insurance backed guarantees to be the leading guarantees specified by the Local authorities, the NHBC and Zurich Insurance.

All remedial contractors offer guarantees on the work that has been carried out for you and most are issued in good faith, the truth is however, that these guarantees may become valueless.

Don’t take the risk-always use a PCA registered contractor and ask for a CSRT qualified remedial surveyor.
